It’s finally here!  I just finished writing my latest report Essential Oil Pocket Guide.  It’s a guide to the top 20 most used essential oils along with an single word emotional response indicator.  Whatever mood you would like to bring about and enhance your day, you can choose the right essential oil for the job.

This guide also includes a list of oils to avoid when you are pregnant, planning a day in the sun, or using with children.  There is also an essential safe usage guide to using your essential oils with care.  I’ve even made it into a printable pamphlet so you can take it with you when you go shopping!  It couldn’t be any simpler or more convenient.

You can stop saying “No way!”, because, yes way,  you can do this.  You can even time me if you like.

Ready?  Go!

1. Sit down.
2. Add a few drops of  lavender essential oil on to a cotton ball and sit it near you.
3. Close your eyes.
4. Inhale a slow, deep breath.
5. Exhale slowly counting to 5.
6. Done!

How did I do?  Repeat your 10 seconds of relaxation as often as needed.

A love letter.

Hello, it’s me.

I hate to ask this question, because it sounds cheesy you know.  But, when was the last time you touched me?  I mean, we’re together all the time and yet I don’t think you really get how sensitive I am.  You’ve been neglecting me and it shows.  People look at me and wonder what went wrong.  Why don’t I show any signs of life and youth anymore?
