shine

This is the perfect time of year to shine! Show your customers, prospects, employees and other key business decision makers that you appreciate them—even your vendors. Make them subliminally think of you through out the year! This will set you apart from the rest and get you on the right tract to success in this New Year.

Here are some ideas of things you can do to keep a customer for a lifetime:

• A rolodex card with your business name on the tab will put YOU at their fingertips.
· Send a thank you card from time to time—send a hand written thank you TELL them you appreciate them.
· Offer free news they can use—how to articles, newsletters, copies of articles about their industry, reports, etc.
· Host a lunch n’ learn or seminar that will benefit your customer.
· A Phone call to see if they need your services.
· A color flyer that highlights your business.
· A gift certificate for your services.

Mix the paper items in with a few taste treats! A bag of cookies, a chocolate bar – perhaps even a gift basket for a customer you really want to win over. We have created a line of New Year baskets and gifts to help you get noticed. The point is, make them feel like you value their business, or that you hope to do business with them in the future. These ideas take just moments to implement, but go a long way in establishing a lasting client relationship!

Our business is gift baskets, but we’re also experts at helping you explore creative ways to keep your name in front of your customers. For more information on products we can provide, or just great tips for success, phone us or visit our website! We look forward to helping you grow your business!

We’re also looking for guest posts this month highlighting individuals’ personal experiences with the healing powers of essential oils. Shoot me an email if you’re interested!

If you’re looking for therapeutic-grade essential oils for your business, please consider checking out our oils. Andrea offers full GC/MS reports on all of her stock to assist with medicinal blending.
