Your Sacred Bath

Not many people realize how sacred the bath actual is in our very busy lives.  When we decide to take a bath, instead of a shower, we are committing to a personal  experience.  We should make that experience the best we can possibly make it.  We are used to running a tub full of water, dumping in a few things, stepping in and finally stepping out.

When taking a bath, the experience should last 15 – 20 minutes.  That is enough time to unwind, free the mind and allow the body to exhale.  When you are creating your  bathing experience, you  want to take the time to gather those items that will help you take a mini-vacation.  Draw a bath of water adding your Scentual Moments Aromatherapy Bath Salts to the water.  While the salts dissolve, use that time to pick out your favorite CD and pull out those candles and get those smacks that makes you close your eyes and smile when it hits your tongue.  If you like, go back and add your Scentual Moments Bath Oil just as the water has reached  the desired level.  Place your bath pillow into your bath, light your candles and push play on the CD player.  “Stir” your water  bit before stepping into your bath.  Lay back and take a 20 minute vacation from the world.
